Stonebridge Community Association Memberships must be paid once each year per family to participate in programs. We accept other Community Association Memberships.
Please note that when registering, a $10.00 SCA Annual Membership must be purchased once each year per family. Please add this to your cart. The membership expires July 31st of each year.
We encourage you to submit your payment by credit card through the site. If you must pay by cash or cheque, the payment drop-off night is March 13th, 7pm-8pm, at the Community Resource Room in the Chief Whitecap / St Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic School building (use Community entrance)
Registrations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
First time registering with us? See below for a few tips:
Your Account: Only one account is needed per household. Create the account in the name of the family member who will most likely be handling the registrations. Once the account is created you can add your children and any other adults in household to the account.
Volunteer Coaches and Helpers: We are always looking for parents who can give some time to either coach (especially for our soccer programs) or assist our coaches with a variety of programs. Prior experience is not necessary. If you are available to volunteer as a coach or an assistant coach, please register yourself as a helper in the applicable program. As a token of appreciation for your contribution, the Stonebridge Community Association issues registration credits to volunteer coaches which can be applied against programming fees.
Wait List: If you try registering for a program, and get added to the wait list, this means that the number of spaces held for on-line registrants has reached the maximum number set. However, there are still spots available in the program for in-person registrations. If you are added to the wait list for a particular program, you will need to come to the in-person registration night, in order to secure your spot.
Refunds: - Unfortunately, no refund can be made for a class after the first session of the program you have registered in. Refunds requested for mini-soccer (U6, U8, U10), more than a week after registration closes, and especially after we have paid our fees to Saskatoon Youth Soccer (generally paid two weeks after registration closes), will not be approved. A $15.00 administration fee will be assessed for all refund requests.
